I really enjoyed its great and super location!

I went on a trip and everything here was good. The rooms were comfortable, with private bathroom. It was nice to have an electric kettle, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator available. Location: the hotel was just next door to restaurants & pubs and resturants and Lapad Beach, a market and lots of restaurants.

A perfect way to cap off our trip. This spot served as an excellent home base for our adventures and checking out local spots. They offered a nice variety of breakfast options. the location was breathtaking and ideal, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. 🌟

The room at Ana Guesthouse was cozy and inviting, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the fresh air. It had all the necessary amenities like a stovetop and electric kettle, making it convenient for cooking or making a cup of tea. As a laid-back traveler, I really appreciated the homely vibes of the room.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the stovetop as much as I hoped. But hey, that's just my taste.

the apartment is extremely clean and has a well-equipped kitchen. it's never too warm despite the hot weather. the location is great - just a 5-minute walk from the beach and easily accessible to the old town. the host is very friendly and helpful - even arranging transportation for us.

It's equipped with all the necessary amenities and decorated according to the pictures. the host is friendly and provides little extras, such as fruits and coffee. the parking place next to the building is convenient.

The apartment is located a bit far away from the Old Town, and it takes some time to get there by taxi or bus.

I had an exceptional stay at this guesthouse in Dubrovnik. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the beach in Lapad and easily accessible to the old town. The apartment was incredibly clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. Ivana, the host, was professional and friendly, even organizing airport transfers for me. I felt so welcomed with local snacks and drinks waiting for me upon arrival. The little touches, like toys for the children and beach towels, made me feel right at home. Ivana went above and beyond by bringing a homemade cake during my stay and even sending me off with a special gift. The outside of the building may look run down, but don't let that discourage you - the newly refurbished interior is fantastic. The only minor drawbacks were that the living room was not very cozy and there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, causing water to fall on the floor. However, these didn't significantly impact my overall enjoyment. I would highly recommend Ana Guesthouse to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

This place was fantastic! the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our Christmas break. the location was perfect, we were just a stone's throw away from the beach and the main street. we were able to get to the historical center in no time by public transport. the apartment was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. the host was amazing, she made us feel like home and even left us some treats. We loved it!

De kamer en faciliteiten waren van een goede standaard. De bushalte is op 10 minuten loopafstand en er rijden regelmatig bussen naar het centrum van deze stad. De busrit duurt ongeveer 25 minuten en vermijdt dure parkeerkosten en milieubelastingen in het stadscentrum. Het hotel heeft parkeergelegenheid voor 4 auto's achter het gebouw, anders kun je op straat parkeren.

Moeilijk om iets te bedenken.
